Come cut, glue, and weave your own kind of poetry. This collage workshop with visual artist Anna Borovičková Ročková is an open space for anyone who wants to create – alone, together, or simply be.

You can join at any point during the session. All materials will be provided; just show up and let your intuition, words, and images guide you. Together, we’ll also create one large collective collage – about freedom, love, hope... or anything else you carry within you. 💌

Anna Borovičková Ročková, also known as Ulepená, studied Theatre and Education at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts (JAMU) in Brno. She is the author of poetic collages and a creator working across unconventional visual arts. She also runs a children’s theatre group, Polárníček, at Brno’s Divadlo Polárka. Anna is a mother of a two-year-old son and the partner of director and cinematographer Pavel Borovička, with whom she co-created the Czech Television series Jazykovědma. Collage is an integral part of her life and creative expression. Her debut book V sobotu se obejmeme("We'll Hug on Saturday") was published by the Ostrava-based press Bílý Vigvam, with plans for a second book already in the works.

🎟️ Recommended admission for the event is 100 CZK. The venue has limited capacity, but you can reserve your spot in advance. You can make a reservation for free or choose to support us by booking for 100 CZK – the amount you contribute does not affect your entry, but your support helps the festival (covering materials for art workshops, venue rental, or guest fees). If reservations for a particular program are fully booked, don't worry – you can still come and check at the entrance 5 to 10 minutes before the event starts to see if any spaces have opened up. Very often, a few spots become available. For those who have reserved a place, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the event begins.
