While the Brno Pride Run is underway, the park will come alive with a colorful and active kids’ zone. For children aged 2 to 10 who are not taking part in the run, six interactive stations with movement-based activities will be ready and waiting. Each completed activity earns them a color of the rainbow – and a small reward at the end!
You are warmly invited to the Holy Mass organized by Logos as part of Brno Pride Week 2025. Together, we’ll create a space for reflection, prayer, and spiritual encouragement – open to everyone, regardless of faith, identity, gender, or orientation. Come share in faith, hope, and acceptance in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
A queer space on the mat? Absolutely. During Brno Pride Week, in collaboration with Yoga Garden, we’re hosting three evenings dedicated to movement, breath, calm, and most importantly – authenticity. We warmly invite everyone to join us for a series of three open yoga classes, not only for queer individuals but for anyone who wishes to share movement, breath, and acceptance in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
We’re opening Brno Pride Week with art, care, and community! Join us for a vernissage showcasing fresh, emerging queer artists. Your presence matters — come support their work, celebrate their voices, and be part of a space where art and activism meet. After the exhibition, stay with us for a relaxed evening of music, conversation, and connection. Grab a drink, meet new people, and ease into Pride Week in good company. Whether you come alone or with friends — you’re more than welcome.
Get creative at our art workshop and take home a hand-painted piece as a keepsake from Brno Pride Week. Never tried fabric painting before? No problem – it’s super easy, and we’ll guide you through how to apply the colors so your design really stands out. You can buy a tote bag or backpack at the workshop, or bring your own item to decorate with your rainbow imagination. Grab your friends and come unwind!
Noční motýl – A Romantic Drama That Didn’t Escape the Censors Powerful emotions, fateful love, and sparks that were far too bold for their time. Noční motýl (The Night Butterfly), set in the final years of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, was directed by the then 28-year-old František Čáp, based on a screenplay co-written with Václav Krška. Together, they transformed a simple melodrama into an extraordinary cinematic work that continues to captivate with its atmosphere and emotional depth.
Why is it important to celebrate Pride in the first place? Join us for an expert panel discussion on bias-motivated crimes (hate crimes) and the legal protection of LGBT+ people. Legal professionals from various fields — from advocacy and constitutional law to academia — will share their insights.
