Both in the festival program and in merch, we continue our Slovak line and we are very happy that the Slovak street art artist Atychuje collaborated with us on it.

Atychuje is a prominent figure in the Slovak street art scene. If you have ever come across a lizard with a bubble saying “A ty chuje” while walking through Bratislava, you have just met his famous character Rišo the Lizard. This character was created during the artist’s studies – as a form of procrastination, but also as a personal expression of frustration, smile and melancholy. “A ty chuje” may sound like a curse, but rather than anger, it expresses a sigh, a reaction to the world around us and society, which often can’t handle itself.

This year, Atychuje brought his unique style to our BPW 2025 merch. You can look forward to T-shirts and tote bags with the Rišo the Lizard design. You will be able to buy it during almost the entire festival week at the Husa na provázku Theater, where our queer shop will be located. On Saturday, you can find it in the stands at Zelný trh.

Can’t make it to the festival, but want our merch? We have also launched online sales. By filling out an order in our reservation system, the T-shirt or tote bag will be at your home within a few days!
